Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the construction and fit-out market.
- Promote flooring and acoustic solutions to contractors, developers, project owners, and consultants.
- Identify and follow up on new construction projects from early stages through project completion.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical office team.
- Negotiate and close sales opportunities while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in project sales within the building materials industry.
- Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Flooring systems
- Acoustic solutions
- Ceiling systems
- Raised access floors
- Interior finishing materials
- Architectural products
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client visits.
