San3a Tech is looking for a results-driven Senior Brand Specialist / Officer to lead revenue-focused marketing initiatives, grow our community, and strengthen our brand presence. This role blends creativity with performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive direct community revenue through:
- Orientation Sessions
- Day at Fab Lab Tours
- Space Access memberships
- Walk-in Machine Access
- Generate qualified B2B leads for Fab Solutions services, including:
- Laser cutting
- Woodworking
- 3D printing
- Manage and grow social media channels:
- Develop and execute content calendars
- Create engaging reels and campaigns
- Build and nurture community engagement
- Build and optimize booking and conversion funnels:
- Landing pages
- Tally forms
- Paid social campaigns
- Track and analyze weekly revenue performance:
- Monitor actuals vs. targets
- Report insights and recommendations to the Marketing Manager
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content, or brand management
(Tech, education, or creative sector experience is preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Hands-on experience with funnels, landing pages, and paid ads
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and report performance
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Nice to have
- Experience in startups, makerspaces, or innovation-driven environments
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or CRM systems
