About the Role

Men’s Club is looking for a Brand Marketing Section Head to lead the brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts across retail and e-commerce.

This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, customer preference, and sell-through through impactful, performance-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Brand Strategy & Planning

Develop brand strategy aligned with company vision

Build annual marketing calendar & seasonal GTM plans

Define brand positioning, messaging, and target segments

Set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs

🔹 Integrated Campaigns (Online & Offline)

Lead 360° campaigns across digital, retail, influencers & PR

Collaborate with Digital team on media planning & execution

Ensure proper tracking & measurement (UTMs, pixels, etc.)

🔹 Content & Creative Direction

Lead creative development (briefs, storyboards, shoots)

Manage agencies and production timelines

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

🔹 Retail Marketing & Expansion

Localize campaigns per region/store clusters

Drive footfall through targeted campaigns and store activations

Align with Retail Ops on execution

🔹 Audience Insights & Performance

Analyze customer segments & buying behavior

Translate insights into campaigns, offers & messaging

Lead post-campaign analysis & optimization

🔹 Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with E-commerce, Customer Service & Logistics

Ensure campaign readiness & execution efficiency

Maintain brand governance and approvals

🔹 Team Leadership

Lead Brand Marketing team

Set KPIs, coach team members & manage performance

Ideal Candidate

Experience: 8+ years in Brand Marketing (Fashion/Retail preferred)

Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent)

Strong experience in:

Brand Strategy

Campaign Management

Retail Marketing

Influencer & PR

Analytics & Insights

Qualifications : –

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / Communications

MBA is a plus

Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills

Experience with digital platforms and analytics tools
