🚀 We’re Hiring | Brand Manager (Hybrid) – FoldMarks Design Studio

FoldMarks is growing and we need a Brand Manager who can translate the soul of our studio into every touchpoint the world sees. This is not a conventional marketing role. This is a creative leadership position for someone who thinks in stories, feels in aesthetics, and executes with precision. As Brand Manager, you will own the full spectrum of FoldMarks' brand presence from the way we show up on social media platforms to the way a proposal feels in a client's hands. You will build and protect a brand identity that is deeply personal, unmistakably premium, and always purposeful.

What You Will Do:

Brand Strategy & Identity

Own, evolve, and consistently enforce FoldMarks’ brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive Brand Guidelines Document, covering:

  • Visual language
  • Tone of voice
  • Messaging architecture
  • Ensure full brand consistency across all client-facing materials, including:
  • Proposals
  • Presentations
  • Contracts
  • Signage
  • Identify and execute opportunities to elevate FoldMarks’ positioning within the premium design market

Content & Digital Presence

Lead the content strategy and oversee production across all platforms:

  • Instagram
  • Linkedin
  • Facebook
  • Tiktok
  • Brief and collaborate with photographers & videographers to capture completed projects in alignment with FoldMarks’ brand narrative

Write compelling, high-quality content, including:

  • Social media captions
  • Website content
  • Case studies
  • Editorial features

Manage and continuously improve the FoldMarks website, ensuring it remains:

  • Up-to-date
  • Visually refined
  • Conversion-optimized 

PR, Media & Industry Positioning

Identify and secure opportunities for:

  • Editorial features
  • Design awards

Build and maintain relationships with:

  • Bloggers
  • Design industry influencers

Draft and distribute professional press releases for:

  • Project completions
  • Company milestones
  • Brand announcements
  • Represent Foldmarks at industry events, design fairs, and networking opportunities

Client Experience & Business Development

Design and enhance all client-facing brand touchpoints, including:

  • Pitch decks
  • Welcome kits
  • Mood board templates
  • Milestone booklets
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop strong portfolio case studies and project narratives that attract and convert new clients
  • Support business development efforts by creating compelling, branded proposal materials

Performance & Reporting

Define and monitor key brand performance indicators (KPIs), including:

  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Lead quality
  • Brand recall
  • Share of voice
  • Deliver a monthly brand performance report to the Managing Director

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of brand management, marketing, or communications experience

• Demonstrable experience in a creative industry: interior design, architecture, real estate, hospitality, luxury goods, or lifestyle brands

• A portfolio of campaigns or brand projects that showcase your creative thinking and execution

• Strong written English and Arabic, you write with clarity, personality, and purpose

• Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent

• Experience managing social media accounts

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience working at or with an interior design or architecture studio

• Photography or video editing skills (iPhone-level or above)

• Existing media and editorial contacts in the design/lifestyle press

• Familiarity with SEO basics, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite

What We Offer:

  • Hybrid working model (2 days in office / 3 days remote)
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Location: Sherouk City
  • Fixed working hours (11:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Base salary + quarterly performance bonus (package aligned with experience and performance).
