Position Summary As Brand Manager, you will be part of the BOS Marketing Team and help bring our fun and colourful brand to life across markets and channels. We’re looking for someone who combines creative thinking with operational excellence, and who enjoys turning ideas into campaigns, products and partnerships that people talk about.

The Brand Manager reports to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Activation Lead: Lead various brand and campaign-related projects, including influencer collaborations, PR initiatives, merchandise development and sampling activations.
  • Social Media: Manage our online community by creating & coordinating the monthly content rollout plan and implementing the BOS tone of voice across our social media channels.
  • Content Creation: Work closely with freelance designers and creative partners to develop and execute world-class brand content.
  • Trade Marketing Support: Support the sales team with compelling trade marketing materials, retail activations, and in-store visibility initiatives to strengthen the BOS brand at point of sale.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (such as digital agencies and merchandise suppliers) to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: Contribute ideas for campaigns, partnerships and brand initiatives that strengthen the BOS brand and drive awareness and growth.

Qualifications

  • +-3 years’ work experience within a commercial role
  • Degree in business, marketing or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & AI knowledge
  • Strong passion for marketing & brands and is social media savvy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect easily with people
  • Organized, eager to learn, self-driven & full of energy to spread the fun that BOS has to offer!
  • Highly preferred: brand building experience in Johannesburg
