Brand Manager – Food Truck
Location: Stellenbosch / Cape Town, Western Cape
Type: Full Time – Immediate start
We are recruiting an experienced and hands‑on Brand Manager to take full operational ownership of a growing food truck business in Stellenbosch, Cape Town and surrounding locations. This is an opportunity for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in fast‑paced, outdoor, and event‑based environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the brand presence across food trucks and festival sites. You will be the face of the brand on the ground, ensuring consistent quality, strong team leadership and seamless operations across all locations. This role requires a practical leader who is equally comfortable behind the scenes handling logistics as they are engaging with customers and partners at events.
Primary responsibilities include daily operations management, staff scheduling, budget monitoring, POS system oversight, food truck logistics, vehicle handling and trailer towing on multiple locations, and representing the brand professionally at events.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- Brand management and brand presence across all food truck and festival sites
- Full operational oversight of the food truck fleet
- POS system management and reporting
- Budget control and cost management
- Staff supervision, scheduling and performance management
- Event and festival coordination in and around Stellenbosch and Cape Town
- Valid driver’s license and confident driving with a food truck trailer
Salary & Start Date
Salary: R18,000 – R20,000 per month
Start date: ASAP
