Role Description The Brand Designer at PUBDEC is a full-time, on-site role based in Maadid. This role involves developing and maintaining cohesive brand visuals across print and digital channels, translating brand strategy into compelling visual identities and design systems. The Brand Designer will create logos, typography systems, color palettes, and key visual elements, as well as design marketing materials, presentations, social media assets, and other brand collateral. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and leadership teams, refining design concepts through feedback, preparing production-ready files, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Brand Identity and Branding, with experience creating and evolving coherent brand systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in Brand Design and Visual Design for both digital and print applications.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar).
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear visual concepts and layouts.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management to handle multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Relevant education in design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience creating brand guidelines and assets for marketing, social media, and presentations is beneficial.
