Brand and Marketing Specialist Jobs in Midrand at Saint-Gobain
- Develops multiplatform digital marketing strategies by working closely with the Product Management team to understand broad product strategy and ensure full alignment and optimization of each.
- Measure and report on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Deliver actionable business insights to improve future digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct UX audits with the aim of auctioning website improvements
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies/tools and provide ideas that enhance web, email, and social media efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Work with the sales team on lead qualification, marketing-to-sales handoff processes, etc.
- Oversee paid media advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and so on.
Is this job for you?
This role requires someone with a Matric and Relevant Marketing Degree and Social media marketing qualifications. Min 5 years digital marketing, brand management or digital agency experience. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment and have a good understanding of what creative will work well in each channel. Experience in using UX and websites. Good interpersonal skills – being able to explain to others, including senior leaders, what impact marketing is having beyond clicks and views. Be creative and ability to test new ideas in the market. A candidate who is experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aurea, Adobe Analytics & Jira advantageous but not essential. Be highly organised, creative, analytical and inquisitive, with excellent attention to detail you will stand out.
