About Role

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing brand ambassador to represent our brand ,engage with customers and help grow our presence in Secunda area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people ,building connections and creating memorable brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• represent the brand at events, activations and instore promotions

• engage with customers to share product information and create positive brand experiences

• build brand awareness through face to face interactions and product demonstrations

• support marketing campaigns by distributing promotional material and gatherings customers insights

• maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards at all times

• provide feedback to team about customers interactions and campaign perfomances

Required qualifications

• passed matric /matric

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• positive attitude and enthusiasm for engaging with people

• ability to work well in a team and indepedently

• reliable puncual and professional

• willingness to learn and take directions

Nice to have

• previous experince in customer service , sales or promotional work

• confidence in public speaking or presenting
