Branch Manager – Motor Parts
Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead there outlet operations and drive business excellence in the automotive parts industry.
About the Role
Take full accountability for branch performance, managing people, finances, stock levels, and daily operations while building a high-performing team. You’ll oversee sales, warehouse operations, and customer service to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all branch functions including sales, stock control, and team performance
- Drive financial performance and achieve monthly sales targets and EBITA goals
- Oversee P&L, budget management, and cost control initiatives
- Lead, coach, and develop a motivated team (sales, warehouse, admin staff)
- Ensure superior customer service and resolve warranty claims
- Implement quality management systems and maintain compliance standards
- Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships
Requirements Essential:
- Matric Certificate with Maths Literacy (minimum)
- 8-10 years’ management experience in the motor industry
- Motor parts sales experience
- P&L and financial management experience
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Stock management system experience (VISION, WOM advantageous)
