Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Running the Branch
  • Sales and Customer Service
  • Business Development
  • Client Liaison
  • Customer Credit Control
  • Money collection and banking
  • Stock Control
  • Preparing Annual Budgets
  • Employment of Staff
  • Staff management and discipline
  • Implementation and management of the company’s standard operating procedures, HR policies, departmental policies as well as health & safety policies
  • Ensuring the Company vehicles are correctly maintained in accordance with the specifications of the respective vehicle manufacturers, ensuring that they are roadworthy at all times

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • A qualification in marketing/sales, public relations and/or business management is advantageous
  • At least 5 years industry experience within a management role
  • Well-presented
  • Computer Literate – in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (and Navision will be advantageous)
  • Fluent:
    Speak – Read – Write – English and Afrikaans (Vernacular literacy is advantageous)
  • Organized, self‑motivated and independent, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and people.
