Duties include but are not limited to:
- Running the Branch
- Sales and Customer Service
- Business Development
- Client Liaison
- Customer Credit Control
- Money collection and banking
- Stock Control
- Preparing Annual Budgets
- Employment of Staff
- Staff management and discipline
- Implementation and management of the company’s standard operating procedures, HR policies, departmental policies as well as health & safety policies
- Ensuring the Company vehicles are correctly maintained in accordance with the specifications of the respective vehicle manufacturers, ensuring that they are roadworthy at all times
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A qualification in marketing/sales, public relations and/or business management is advantageous
- At least 5 years industry experience within a management role
- Well-presented
- Computer Literate – in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint (and Navision will be advantageous)
- Fluent:
Speak – Read – Write – English and Afrikaans (Vernacular literacy is advantageous) - Organized, self‑motivated and independent, with the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks and people.
