Midvaal Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead and grow a well-established branch based in Nelspruit.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a sales-focused leader with strong refrigeration industry knowledge and a proven ability to manage branch operations, customer relationships, and business growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the refrigeration industry
- Previous management experience advantageous
- Strong sales background essential
- Valid driver’s license

- Technical refrigeration product knowledge
- Strong technical industry knowledge with established industry networks
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch growth and profitability
- Create, improve, and implement processes and systems to ensure efficient branch operations
- Analyse product sales performance and identify solutions for slow-moving stock
- Recruit, select, and onboard branch employees
- Monitor and report on item group sales performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular customer visits to obtain service feedback and identify opportunities
- Ensure operational excellence across all branch functions
- Support the achievement of branch sales and profitability targets
