Position: Branch Administrative Assistant – Automotive Parts Sales Industry (Newton Park- PE)
Our client, a well-established company in the automotive parts sales sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Branch Administrative Assistant to support daily branch operations and financial administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capturing invoices, managing GRVs and credits
  • Debtors and creditors administration and monthly reconciliations
  • Assisting with cash-ups, claims, and discrepancies
  • Supporting branch administration, emails, and calls
  • Assisting with payroll documentation and staff administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Candidates with experience in the automotive, parts distribution, or retail branch environment will receive preference.
