Position: Branch Accountant(Automotive)
We have a vacancy for an Branch Accountant with a vehicle dealership in Nelspruit.
The role requires some of the following duties:
- Interprets, compiles, and maintains automotive accounting information for the dealership.
- Maintain monthly vehicle inventory and flooring records and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial statements for submission to manufacturer.
- Prepare monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with financial activities such as preparation of yearly budgets, cash flow, purchases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar Diploma in Accountancy.
- Basic understanding of all corporate taxes.
- Must have experience in motor industry and with vehicle dealership Accounting.
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as Accountant.
- Numeracy accuracy and diligence and good computer skills.
