Role Overview: We are seeking a comprehensive Bookkeeper to manage the accounts for multiple LLCs across our tech and e-commerce businesses. We don’t use traditional software like QuickBooks; we use Digits (AI-driven bookkeeping). We need someone who is "talent-driven" and doesn't just send spreadsheets asking what every transaction is, but proactively identifies them.
Key Responsibilities
- General Ledger: Maintain accurate books for several distinct LLCs.
- AP/AR: Manage outgoing wires and incoming payments across various business units.
- Financial Reporting: Utilize Digits and AI tools to provide real-time visibility into company spend.
- Research: Proactively categorize transactions by researching vendors rather than asking leadership for every detail.
