About The Job
- We are seeking a motivated Auto Body Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in auto body repair. The apprentice will work under the supervision of senior technicians to learn vehicle body repair, refinishing, and restoration techniques.
Responsibilities
- Assist in repairing damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames.
- Learn dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs.
- Support surface preparation for painting (sanding, masking, priming).
- Assist with paint mixing and refinishing processes.
- Maintain tools and workshop cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Participate in training and skill development programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Enrollment in or completion of a vocational automotive body repair program. (Preferred)
- Basic knowledge of body repair tools and materials.
