We are l

oking for an experienced BIM Coordinator who can lead model coordination activities, drive collaboration between disciplines, and ensure the highest standards of BIM delivery.
Key Resp
o
nsibilities:
🔹 Coordinate BIM models across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines
🔹 Perform clash detection and issue management using Navisworks
🔹 Ensure compliance with BIM standards, BEP, and project requirements
🔹 Manage and coordinate models through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
🔹 Review model quality and ensure coordination readiness
🔹 Prepare coordination reports and support project teams in resolving design conflicts
Requirem
e
nts:
✅ Bachelor's degree in engineering
✅ 4–7 years of BIM experience
✅ Strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks
✅ Hands-on experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
✅ Solid understanding of BEP, LOD, and ISO 19650
✅ Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM projects</p>
⭐ MEP Coordination experience is highly preferred
⭐ Gulf projects experience is a plus
⭐ Dynamo knowledge is an advantage
