Key Responsibilities
- BIM Modeling: Develop detailed 3D architectural models using Revit from concept through to construction documentation.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to perform clash detection and resolve spatial conflicts.
- Documentation: Generate high-quality architectural drawings, schedules, and material take-offs directly from BIM models.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure all models and drawings adhere to EGEC internal standards and KSA-specific building codes/regulations.
- Quality Control: Review and audit models to maintain data integrity and architectural precision throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in a professional engineering consultancy environment.
- Software: Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory. Familiarity with Navisworks is a plus.
- Market Knowledge: Proven experience working on KSA-based projects (mega-projects preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
