Advance Services, Inc., is actively hiring a Bilingual Recruiter – Spanish in Maryville, MO! The Recruiter’s primary job is placing and managing employees with Advance Services’ customers. In this role, the Recruiter will perform various job duties which will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain professionalism with Advance Services’ customers and employees.
- Complete applicant interviews and analyze applications/resumes to determine the best placement for employees and Advance Services’ customers.
- Recruit, interview, hire, provide orientation, schedule, coach, and counsel employees.
- Conduct customer on-site visits to provide customer service.
- Conduct local sales calls to pursue new business.
- Performs and provides excellent customer service.
- Run daily/weekly/monthly reports as requested.
- Investigate and report worker’s compensation and safety issues.
- Corrective action of employees.
- Handles incoming and outgoing correspondence calls.
- Answers the telephone assists callers and takes accurate messages.
- Explain applications to applicants
- Ensures all paperwork (I-9, W-2, etc.) are completed accurately
- Process payroll accurately
- Promote Safety
- Be responsible for achieving goals.
