Qualifications
- Matric (With Pure Maths)
- Accounting / Financial Degree advantageous
Requirements
- BBBEE experience advantageous
- Finance experience advantageous
- Experienced in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel
Duties
- B-BBEE
- Ensure all relevant data is consolidated timeously and accurately by managing the collection, validation and capturing of data required
- As discrepancies arise, request correct data /documentation from business units
- Maintain all submissions and records of consolidations
- Assist in co-ordinating all verifications
- Assist in preparing files for verification agency
- Request and capture accurate B-BBEE certificates
- Assist in managing learners’ attendance, registration and progress
- Compile, verify and maintain data for Skills Development and Enterprise and Supplier Development
- Compile, verify and maintain information for Corporate Social Investment (CSI)
- Compile data for all Steercom and Social & Ethics reports as required
- Maintain administration and filing protocols
- Employment Equity
- Assist with coordinating and documenting all National Transformation Committee Meetings
- Compile and analyse data for Employment Equity Reports (EEA2 and EEA4) for the Group
- Assist the Group Transformation Manager with the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Employment Equity Plan and Analysis
- Management Reporting
- Request and consolidate Human Resources dashboard information received from the business monthly
- Analyse and compare to previous dashboards
- Consolidate dashboard data on a monthly basis.
- Participate in any project that is initiated in SSC whether team or individual input is required
- Provide information when required by management; and
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when required within reasonable job scope.
