# Barmen / Bartenders **Location:** Northern or Southern Suburbs, Cape Town **Job Type:** Full-time We are looking for experienced, energetic and customer-focused **Barmen/Bartenders** to join our restaurant team. ## Responsibilities – Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – Provide friendly and professional customer service – Take orders and process payments accurately – Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar – Monitor stock levels and assist with stock counts – Follow portion-control and company pouring standards – Check customer identification when required – Follow responsible alcohol-service procedures – Work efficiently during busy service periods – Assist with opening and closing duties ## Requirements – Previous bartending or bar-service experience – Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails and bar operations – Strong communication and customer-service skills – Honest, reliable and presentable – Able to work well under pressure – Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays – Reliable transport – Contactable references Please submit your CV through Indeed.
