Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a flair for creating and serving memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining clean and organized spaces.
Duties
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to cocktail menu and customer preferences.
– Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their tastes.
– Serve cocktails to the bar in REVOLUTION Woodfire Dining and prepare cocktails for table service, as needed.
– Manage cash handling procedures accurately, including processing payments and maintaining an organized cash register.
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
– Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
– Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving drinks in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a Bartender in a bar or restaurant environment is preferred.
– Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts.
– Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
– Familiarity with POS systems and ordering technology.
– Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced atmosphere.
