Key Responsibilities:
∙ Weekly Freshline DC and Direct Supplier ordering
∙ Department merchandising and stock rotation
∙ Wastage control and shrinkage management
Requirements:
∙ Previous experience in a Bakery Controller or similar role essential
There will be on the job training
∙ Strong stock management and ordering discipline
∙ Able to work independently and take ownership of the department
