Back of House Lead Jobs in Claremont at SWEET REVENGE
This is a dual role responsible for overseeing the production of desserts and signature beverages in our cafe.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Execute the preparation of signature desserts & beverages.
2. Maintain consistent flavour profiles, portion sizes and presentation standards as defined by brand recipes.
3. Ensure all desserts and beverages meet the highest aesthetic requirement for social media and customer experience.
4. Ensure preparation stations are organized and orders are fulfilled efficiently.
5. Strong communication skills to educate customers on the cafes specialized menu.
Required Skills:
1. Experience in hospitality back of house.
2. Technical proficiency in dessert & beverage making
3. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory & handle supplier communication.
4. Able to demonstrate leadership & managing a station independantly.
