We’re a global leader in smart mobility technology, with over 2.5 million subscribers across 23 countries. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for experienced B2C: Sales Agents to join our thriving Call Centre team in Pinetown, Durban.
As part of a thriving team, you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential customers via telephone or email, understanding their needs, and offering relevant solutions. You’ll use a combination of existing leads and cold calling to drive sales and meet performance targets.
Requirements:
- Matric (essential)
- 6-12 months B2C sales/ Outbound Sales experience in a Call Centre (B2B-selling to business and B2C- selling to consumer)
- Comfortable engaging with various clients
- Fluent in English with strong telephonic communication skills
- Target driven
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure
