Position: B2B Telesales / Business Development Consultant

A leading provider of Point-of-Sale (POS) logistics solutions is seeking a results-driven B2B Telesales / Business Development Consultant to join their growing team in Cape Town.

This role focuses on developing new business opportunities with brand owners, marketing agencies, FMCG companies, and retail organisations that require support with in-store marketing campaign execution and logistics management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, introducing integrated POS logistics services, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing, procurement, and retail operations.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys selling solutions rather than products and thrives in a target-driven B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential clients within FMCG, retail, marketing agencies, and brand activation organisations.
  • Conduct outbound B2B telesales calls to introduce services.
  • Generate qualified leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.

Business Development

  • Engage marketing managers, brand managers, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities where clients require support with:

    Sales Conversion

    • Secure meetings or presentations with decision-makers.
    • Support proposal development and campaign logistics solutions.
    • Convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.

    Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners and agencies.
    • Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities within client organisations.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales or telesales.
    • Proven experience generating leads and converting. opportunities.
    • Experience engaging corporate decision-makers.
    • Strong understanding of solution-based sales.
