About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, results-oriented B2B Software Sales Professional to spearhead the market expansion of our flagship software, Ntigi. While we operate in the logistics space, we aren't just looking for a "logistics person," we are looking for a Sales Strategist.

You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle: from identifying key transport agencies and forwarders to drafting high-conversion sales funnels and closing complex B2B deals. If you have a passion for technology and a proven ability to turn a cold lead into a long-term partner, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Conversion: Design and execute end-to-end B2B sales strategies, including lead generation, nurturing, and conversion tactics tailored to the local and regional market.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with decision-makers at forwarding firms and transport agencies who need to digitize their operations.
  • Product Demos: Effectively communicate the value of Ntigi, demonstrating how our "offline-first" and "groupage-ready" features solve real operational headaches.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends (including customs and regional trade dynamics) to refine our sales messaging.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in professional B2B software/SaaS sales.
  • The "Closer" Mentality: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a professional environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of sales psychology and the ability to draft personalized conversion strategies.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills. You must be able to speak the language of business owners and agency heads.
  • Self-Starter: Experience working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment where initiative is rewarded.
  • Language: Fluency in English and French is highly preferred, given our regional footprint.
