Are you an experienced outbound cold-calling professional with a proven track record of booking quality business appointments? Do you enjoy engaging decision-makers, opening doors, and creating sales opportunities?

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Outbound B2B Appointment Setting Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting businesses across South Africa from a qualified database, identifying opportunities, and securing appointments for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to businesses across South Africa.
  • Engage with key decision-makers and build rapport.
  • Qualify prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
  • Follow up on leads where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an outbound B2B appointment setting or cold-calling role.
  • Proven success in booking appointments for a business-to-business sales team.
  • Excellent telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Professional, confident and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer literate with experience using CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work towards targets.

Advantageous

  • Previous experience in the IT, technology, managed services, industry will be highly advantageous.
  • Experience selling or setting appointments for technology-related products or services.
