Location: Johannesburg (Office Based)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Salary: R10,000 CTC + uncapped commission
We are looking for an experienced outbound B2B appointment setter to assist an external sales consultant in the office automation industry.
This is not a reception or general admin role. The primary function of this position is generating qualified business appointments through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
You will spend most of your day:
- calling businesses
- sourcing new prospects
- speaking to decision makers
- getting past gatekeepers
- identifying opportunities
- following up leads
- booking qualified appointments into a sales diary
The goal of the role is to consistently generate qualified B2B sales appointments for an external sales consultant.
The ideal candidate already understands:
- outbound B2B cold calling
- appointment setting
- pipeline generation
- CRM follow-ups
- email prospecting
- working toward daily activity and appointment targets

Requirements
Mandatory:
- Previous outbound B2B cold calling experience
- Previous appointment-setting or lead generation experience
- Comfortable speaking to business owners and decision makers
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Fluent English communication skills
- Based in Johannesburg and able to work in-office
Preferred:
- Experience in office automation, telecoms, connectivity, or other B2B solution sales environments
Secondary Responsibilities
- CRM updates and lead management
- Sending follow-up emails
- Assisting with quotations and basic sales administration
- Diary coordination and appointment confirmations
Compensation
- R10,000 CTC fixed salary
- Uncapped commission
- Commission earned on successfully closed business generated from your appointments
Pay: R10 000,00 per month
