Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Supervisor/Dispatcher to join our team in Northeast Ohio. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing shop operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shop operations to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repair orders and manage schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations within the shop.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering parts as needed.
- Train and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Address customer concerns and provide exceptional service.
- Analyze shop performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive repair or maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with fleet management practices is a plus.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
