Automotive Service Advisor – High-Energy Shop | New London, MO

This is not an entry-level role—we’re seeking someone who is highly productive, organized, and motivated to deliver exceptional service while keeping our technicians busy and our customers confident.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and build strong, trust-based relationships
- Listen to concerns and clearly communicate repair needs
- Create accurate estimates and sell recommended services with integrity
- Coordinate workflow to keep our hungry flat-rate technicians consistently productive
- Follow up with customers and ensure a 5-star experience every time
- Use our Tekmetric POS system and follow ShopFix principles for transparency and ethical service
What We Offer:
- $60,000 – $100,000+ annually (full commission pay structure)
- 5-day work week (no weekends!)
