AutoWorks Car Care is growing, and we’re looking for a professional Service Advisor who can lead the front counter with confidence, energy, and integrity.
This is NOT a dead-end dealership grind or a chaotic repair shop with no systems. We’re building a shop people are proud to work at — with a strong reputation, great customers, and a team-first culture.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and build relationships
- Listen to concerns and translate them into repair orders
- Communicate with technicians throughout the day
- Review digital vehicle inspections and send to customers
- Present recommendations clearly and confidently
- Source/order parts for timely repairs
- Keep customers updated and informed
- Help maintain workflow, scheduling, and efficiency
- Create an experience customers rave about
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable discussing repairs and maintenance
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with shop management software is a plus

Pay: $55,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
