Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create the best vehicle buying experience to create lifelong customers.
- Commit to being a sales expert, by maintaining strong knowledge base of Vehicles and technology (for Honda and other brands).
- Effective listening and communication skills, both during and after the sale
- Engage in conversation with clients to fully understand their needs
- Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle’s operational features
- Work as a team with other salespeople and with sales managers.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score with Honda.
- Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer.
- Update customers info in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and complete a daily work plan.
- Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
- Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
QUALIFICATIONS
– Must have previous experience selling cars.
– Bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) is a PLUS
– Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships
– Ability to apply common sense understanding to follow out instructions
– High personal achievement standards
– Maintain high professional standards in appearance, speech, and actions
– Valid Driver’s license with safe driving record
