Location: Royal Palm beach Fl
We are seeking a skilled shop foreman or a top notch automotive technician ready to advance into a leadership role. MUST HAVE 5 years experience as a tech. This is a full time, in person position.
Monday – Friday 7:30am – 6:00pm Saturday 7:30am – 2:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ,mentor and train technician to perform at their best
- Oversee daily shop operations and workflow efficiency
- Assign jobs and ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain top level quality control and inspection standard
- Manage parts, inventory and shop organization
- Enforce policies, procedures and professional standard
- Keep the shop running smoothly, cleanly and productively
Qualifications
- strong , handson experience as an automotive technician(required)
- Deep knowledge of foreign and domestic vehicles
- Confidence in diagnostic and repair processes
- Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
- Solid computer and typing abilities
- Valid florida drivers license (clean record, no DUIs)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
