Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Auto Finance Senior Process Associate English on-site Johannesburg The Agent Associate Dealer Lease Close-Out is responsible for managing the end-to-end lease closure process for a UK Auto Finance and Manufacturing client. Based in South Africa the role focuses on proactive customer and dealer contact including the resolution of end-of-lease charges such as excess mileage vehicle damages and outstanding balances. The Associate ensures all lease closures are completed accurately timely and in line with defined SL As internal processes and compliance requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail adherence to timelines consistent follow-up and the ability to professionally manage customer discussions regarding financial obligations Responsibilities: – Customer & Dealer Contact – Make and receive scheduled customer and dealer contacts to progress lease closure within defined timelines – Engage customers regarding end-of-lease charges including excess mileage damage costs and outstanding balances – Follow up on outstanding documentation inspection outcomes or actions required to complete lease closure – Respond to customer/dealer queries professionally providing updates and guidance on the closure and settlement process – Escalate complex disputes high-balance accounts or blocked cases to Senior Agent or Team Leader as needed – Lease Closure & Financial Resolution Activities – Review vehicle inspection reports supporting documentation and damage photographs to validate applicable charges – Ensure all lease closure tasks (inspection scheduling document collection payments settlements) are completed according to process – Explain contractual obligations relating to mileage and wear-and-tear to customers – Negotiate payment arrangements within delegated authority to resolve outstanding balances – Accurately update systems and maintain detailed records of all interactions negotiations and agreements – Monitor lease closure progress to ensure compliance with SL As and turnaround targets – Verify that all account documentation is complete and accurate before final closure – Compliance & Quality – Conduct all activities in line with client standards contractual obligations and regulatory requirements – Ensure proper documentation of negotiations and payment agreements for audit and governance purposes – Escalate potential compliance risks disputes or system errors promptly – Performance & Reporting – Meet individual performance metrics including case throughput SLA adherence recovery rates and quality standards – Track and report progress of lease closure and financial resolution cases as required – Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting process enhancements and best practices
