First Class Collision is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Auto Body Shop Estimator to join our fast-paced automotive repair team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance adjusters, accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing comprehensive repair estimates. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication between customers, technicians, and insurance companies, helping to deliver exceptional service and efficient repairs. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Inspect vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates
- Communicate with insurance companies when needed
- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
- Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Parts ordering & monitoring returns
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Customer-focused and friendly personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous estimating or auto body experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
