Responsibility:
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan for audits
Prepare and manage budgets for audits
Perform audit fieldwork at clients’ premises
Supervise and review the work of Junior audit staff
Liaise with clients at all levels
Report to Audit Partner
Prepare Annual Financial Statements in terms of IFRS for SMME’s
Prepare Audit working paper files for review by Audit Partners
Prepare management letters for clients
General Accounts / office administration
Desired Experience & Qualification
B.Compt / B.Com Honours Degree (or studying towards the Honours degree)
Completed SAICA Training Contract with a Chartered Accounting Firm
Up to date technical knowledge in terms of IFRS for SMME’s
Up to date technical knowledge in terms of audit standards and procedures
Working knowledge of Caseware
Computer literacy in MS Office and Pastel Accounting
Own transport and valid driver’s licence essential
Supervisory experience
Ability to work according to strict deadlines and budgets
Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
Study leave for relevant qualifications provided over and above annual leave
Salary: R12000-22000 PM CTC

Pay: R18 000,00 – R22 000,00 per month
