As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you’ll be actively involved in sales, helping customers explore wireless products, plans, and upgrades while representing the value of AT&T. You’ll build confidence through daily sales conversations, develop product knowledge in wireless, and grow your ability to close sales and create positive customer experiences.
AT&T Wireless Associate (Spanish Required) – What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to drive AT&T wireless sales through direct interaction
- Learn and present AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions
- Support the full sales process from introduction to closing sales
- Help customers choose the best wireless solutions based on their needs
- Stay up to date on AT&T products and trends in wireless technology
- Work with your team to hit daily and weekly sales goals
- Build confidence in sales, communication, and customer interaction
What We’re Looking For in the AT&T Wireless Associate (Spanish Required):
- Interest in sales, wireless technology, or working with AT&T products
- Strong communication skills and willingness to engage with customers
- Bilingual fluency; Spanish as a second language is required.
- Positive attitude and motivation to grow in a sales environment
