We’re expanding our team and looking for bilingual (Spanish/English) individuals who are confident, outgoing, and enjoy working directly with customers. This role focuses on helping customers understand and choose the right AT&T wireless and internet solutions through face-to-face interactions.
No prior telecom experience is required. We prioritize communication skills, work ethic, and personality over resumes.
Language Requirement:
Spanish and English (Bilingual Required)
Comfortable communicating with Spanish-speaking customers in a professional setting
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
- Explain AT&T wireless, internet, and device options in simple terms
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Assist customers through account setup and service selection
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer experience
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
