What a Bilingual AT&T Assistant Does
- Engage directly with residential customers to present AT&T wireless products and services.
- Deliver persuasive promotional presentations/campaigns that highlight value and close deals.
- Build strong customer relationships through in-person interactions.
- Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
- Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.
- Collaborate with the AT&T Assistant team to share best practices and win as a group.
- Maintain product knowledge to stay ahead of customer questions.
