Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Customer Advisor based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The Associate Customer Advisor will engage with clients to provide excellent customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and respond efficiently to inquiries. Responsibilities include offering tailored advice and guidance to clients, managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining a client-focused approach to foster loyalty and trust.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and maintaining a client-oriented outlook on service delivery.
- Proficiency in Customer Contact and Communication to ensure effective and professional interactions with diverse clientele.
- Experience with Client Counseling for identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages and professional-level English communication.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
