Associate Attorney Jobs in North Dakota at River Valley Law, P.A.
Responsibilities: Conduct legal research, prepare and respond to discovery, draft and respond to motions, prepare for and attend trials and motion hearings, prepare and serve complaints, and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience;
- Active ND Bar License; admitted to ND State and Federal Courts; (required)
- MN State and Federal Court admission preferred;
- Strong legal writing and communication skills;
- Ability to work hybrid/remote and travel within North Dakota;
- Strong litigation skills and experience;
- Clio Grow/Manage and LexisNexis experience a plus, but not required;
- Proficient in MS Teams, Zoom, Outlook, and Office 365 required; and
- A portable book of business preferred, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary of $85,000–$95,000/year, negotiable depending on experience. ot including additional production incentive bonus, flexible/hybrid schedule, health/dental insurance, HSA, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and CLE support.
Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
