WE’RE HIRING: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER – CENTURION
We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Assistant Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, manage teams, and ensure accurate, efficient stock flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving & dispatch end-to-end
- Manage warehouse team and daily workflows
- Maintain stock accuracy and inventory control
- Enforce SOPs and improve processes
- Handle packing, dispatch, deliveries & returns
- Ensure housekeeping and operational standards
- Support POS and Sage Pastel systems
Requirments
- Grade 12 (tertiary advantage)
- 4+ years warehouse / DC / retail warehouse experience
- 4+ years supervisory/management experience (18+ staff exposure)
- Strong receiving & dispatch background
- Stock control & SOP/process experience
- Computer literate (Excel, Word; Sage Pastel advantage)
- Own reliable transport/vehicle
- Must live within 25km of Centurion
