Key Expertise and Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Help monitor and advise on inventory levels, identifying and mitigating inherent risks.
- Assist in collaborating with purchasing and commercial teams to align supply with demand and prevent stockouts.
- Support optimal stockholding for improved cash flow and minimal overstocking.
- Help supervise stock/cycle counts in collaboration with the finance team to maintain 100% accuracy between system and physical inventory.
- Assist in tracking and managing slow-moving and obsolete stock, advising on the best course of action.
Warehouse Operations:
- Assist in ensuring proper handling, storage, and shipment of products to maintain inventory integrity.
- Support smooth and efficient warehouse operations, reducing delays and errors.
Zoho Books Proficiency:
- Help maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports using Zoho Books.
- Support full utilization of Zoho Books for inventory, order management, and operational efficiency.
Fleet Management:
- Assist in overseeing fleet operations for timely and efficient distribution of goods.
Risk Management:
- Help implement strategies for risk mitigation, fraud prevention, and reduction of operational inefficiencies.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Use strong analytical and data management skills to assist in monitoring warehouse performance and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide support in preparing detailed reports for management on inventory health and operational risks.
Work Schedule:
- Our company operates from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Flexibility is required, as working hours may occasionally extend beyond this schedule.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books is a must.
- Experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and operations in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.
- Experience in risk management, fraud prevention, and reduction strategies.
