Role Description
- Assist in managing showroom operations
- Supervise the sales team and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Support in achieving sales targets
- Follow up on inventory, display, and product availability
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with different departments
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience.
- Preferably in tires or automotive industry.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage daily operations and support the showroom manager.
- Good understanding of sales, customer service, and team supervision.
