Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Administrative Capital, Cairo, Egypt for Assistant Professors, Associate Professors, and Professors of Business in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Project Management, and Business Technology. Faculty members are expected to design and deliver undergraduate and potentially postgraduate courses, prepare and update syllabi and teaching materials, and engage in innovative teaching practices that support student learning outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include lecturing, leading seminars and workshops, supervising student projects, advising and mentoring students, and providing regular assessment and feedback. The role involves conducting and publishing scholarly research, participating in curriculum development, and contributing to the continuous improvement of academic programs. Faculty are also expected to engage in committee work, attend departmental and university meetings, support accreditation and quality assurance activities, and take part in outreach and industry engagement relevant to their field.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic qualifications, typically a PhD in Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Project Management, Business Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise and teaching experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management, Project Management, or Business Technology, with the ability to deliver high-quality courses aligned with international standards.
- Evidence of scholarly activity such as peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, applied research, or industry-focused projects, and a commitment to ongoing research and academic development.
- Strong pedagogical skills, including curriculum design, student-centered teaching methods, effective use of educational technology, and the ability to support diverse learners in an international academic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multicultural academic teams.
- Experience with quality assurance, accreditation processes, and academic governance in higher education is an advantage, especially within international or transnational education settings.
