Assistant Manager – Destinations by Frasers V&A Waterfront Jobs in De Waterkant at FrontierCo
- Support the store manager in driving sales and achieving KPI’s
- Lead by example on the sales floor with exceptional customer services
- Motivate and guide the team during shifts
- Assist with stock management, receiving and daily store admin
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing duties
- Build relationships with customers, travel enthusiasts
- Ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer experience excellence
Requirements
- Previous retail experience, 1-3 years (preferable store manager experience in outdoor, travel or lifestyle)
- Strong sales ability and customer-service mindset
- Supervisory/leadership experience beneficial
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Matric
