Jo Nuts is looking for 5 highly motivated Area Sales Representatives to join our Commercial & Distribution team and contribute to the continued growth of our business across multiple trade channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening customer relationships, expanding distribution, and ensuring excellent execution across the assigned territory.
Main Responsibilities
• Deliver and Achieve sales, distribution, and collection targets within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop customer relationships across General Trade, Wholesale, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
• Identify business opportunities to increase sales, customer coverage, and market penetration.
• Expand distribution and improve SKU penetration across assigned accounts.
• Ensure strong product availability, visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution in the market.
• Manage customer portfolios to deliver sustainable growth and maintain healthy commercial relationships.
• Execute customer servicing activities including order management, delivery coordination, and follow-up.
• Monitor customer stock levels, sales performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate execution standards, customer performance, and competitive activity.
• Responsible for cash collection activities and transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies and credit terms.
• Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to support business planning.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FMCG sales experience.
• Proven experience in territory management and customer development.
• Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and route-to-market operations.
• Experience in General Trade and Wholesale channels is required.
• Exposure to Modern Trade and E-Commerce channels is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driving license.
