Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee regional sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive the growth of the company’s business in the designated area. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and identifying new business opportunities. The individual will also train and mentor the sales team and maintain alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Team Leadership, and Account Management
- Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
- Analytical thinking with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in digital consultancy or related industry is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
