Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the performance of multiple store locations within the assigned region
• Support and guide Site Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and achievement of regional targets
• Monitor store performance through KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
• Ensure consistent implementation of Eat Fresh brand standards across all sites
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Analyse financial reports, manage budgets, and control operational costs Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of Site Managers and key staff Identify training needs and implement development plans
• Manage employee relations, performance issues, and disciplinary processes Ensure effective stock management, procurement, and waste control across sites
• Collaborate with Head Office on operational strategies and business improvements
• Drive local marketing initiatives and community engagement across stores
• Ensure all stores are audit-ready and meet company compliance standards Identify opportunities for new store growth and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Matric
• Relevant qualification
• Proven experience as an Area Manager, Regional Manager, or similar multi-site leadership role
